In a large bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, flour, cornstech, eggs, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
Beat in the vanilla extract and mix on medium speed until fluffy.
Beat the chocolate chips in the bowl with the flour mixture until blended.
Spread the mixture evenly in the cupcake pan.
Bake for 12-14 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
