When you’re diagnosed with cancer, you’re treated with chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other treatments.
But if you’re not cured, your cancer could be deadly.
Chocolate has long been used as a sweetener to combat certain types of cancer.
But the American Cancer Society says there’s also evidence that the chocolate in chocolate bars may help fight other cancers, too.
We wanted to know what chocolate might be doing to fight some cancers and whether it’s safe.
So we called Dr. James Wolk, a toxicologist at Emory University, and spoke to the scientists who’ve studied the effects of chocolate on cancer.
In their review, we found that chocolate contains substances called flavonoids that may help the body fight off certain cancers, but those compounds may not have an anticancer effect on cancer cells.
We want to know if chocolate has been shown to treat cancer.
“There are no known cancer treatments that have a strong anti-cancer effect,” Wolk said.
“The reason it’s a great candidate is that it has a strong antioxidant effect, which may help to prevent cell damage and prevent cancer from developing.”
Chocolate contains flavonols that may be protective.
These compounds have been found to protect against many types of cancers, including leukemia, melanoma, pancreatic cancer, and lung cancer.
The compounds are made by an enzyme in the human body called flavin-A, and they help protect against free radicals.
“One of the things that we’re trying to understand is how these flavin compounds can be used as anticancer agents, so we’re looking at how they might work to protect cells from damage,” Wolken said.
But he cautioned that there is no scientific evidence that cocoa, which is also a great source of antioxidants, would be effective against cancer.
Wolk added that there are no clinical trials to prove that cocoa is an effective anticancer agent, but it’s not uncommon for chocolate to be mixed with other ingredients to make it more palatable.
There are two ways to make chocolate.
The first is to use cocoa beans that have been ground to make cocoa powder.
The second is to process the cocoa beans into a sweetened drink, like a chocolate bar or a sweet tea.
The most common way to make cacao is to grind the beans to powder and then grind them into cocoa powder, which means you get cocoa butter.
Chocolate is also made from cocoa beans, and the process can be done using different methods.
For the most part, Wolk and his team said, you should use a chocolate that’s at least a quarter-cup in size.
That’s because this can be difficult to digest if you’ve had a diet high in sugar and fats, so you should limit your consumption of sugar and other calories.
Wollers says the best way to eat chocolate is with chocolate bars.
“We want to encourage people to try these different recipes and get them mixed with foods that you might have otherwise never considered eating,” he said.
