It’s the time of year when I spend all my time on the Internet.
But what about when I’m home?
When I’m craving a little extra chocolate?
And what’s with all the Oreos that I need to eat every day?
I’ve got my fix on my hands now.
I have to admit, I’m really excited to share this recipe with you!
The recipe is simple, and it’s easy to make.
I made these Oreos in a 12-inch round tin, but I also like to double the size.
The extra baking time means that they’re more of a “dessert” than an “eater”.
And they taste even better.
The Oreos are a great chocolate covered omelet for dinner or a quick breakfast.
I also love the recipe for Mars Chocolate Chocolate Oreo cookies.
The chocolate covered cookie bites are the perfect contrast to the Oreo crust and the fresh almond flavor.
