Lg chocolate is made by blending cocoa butter and coconut oil, and is typically used for desserts such as cakes and cookies.
Its popularity is not limited to desserts, however, as its popularity as a soft serve and drink has grown exponentially.
According to data from Nielsen, the number of soft serve brands that sell out before Valentine’s has risen to 6,828 in the first half of 2018.
In India, it is estimated that as much as 50% of the soft serve market is bought in stores.

Lgm chocolate cake recipe Lgm Chocolate cake recipe 1 cup cocoa butter, ground cocoa powder (100 grams) 2 tsp sugar 2 tbsp caster sugar 3/4 cup cream of tartar 1/2 cup butter 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup plain flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp salt 1 cup flour for dusting flour, for rolling dough 1 cup coconut milk 2 eggs 1/3 cup icing sugar 2 tsp vanilla essence 1 tsp salt Instructions Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Grease a baking tray with coconut oil.
Melt the cocoa butter in a small pan over medium heat and stir to combine.
Cook the mixture for about 20 minutes until the butter turns a golden brown.
When the mixture reaches a nice golden colour, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
Add the sugar, cocoa powder, cream of tartar, vanilla extract and salt to the coconut oil in the pan.
Stir to combine, then add the flour and baking powder and stir until the flour comes together.
Add a little more coconut milk if needed.
If you do not have a mixer, you can use a handheld blender or use a food processor (or a food scanner) and combine the ingredients.
Mix on medium to high speed until the dough starts to form.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1 cm thick.
Place a baking sheet on top and roll out the rectangle, filling it up with the dough.
Transfer the dough to the prepared baking tray and place on top of the baking sheet.
Brush the chocolate cake with icing sugar and dust the top with cocoa powder.
Roll the cake into a 10 cm long cylinder, covering the edges.
Bake for about 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Cool the cake on a wire rack for about 15 minutes.
