It’s not all bad news.
But there are many, many good reasons to make your own Vegan Chocolate Milk Chocolate Cake.
If you are looking for a quick, easy, and delicious vegan chocolate cake recipe, you will be glad to know that you can make Vegan Milk Chocolate Chocolate cake.
It is super easy, takes no time, and tastes amazing.
I’ve been making Vegan Milk chocolate cake for years, and it is always a hit.
The only thing I would add is to use vegan butter for the frosting, which can be found in the vegan aisle of most grocery stores.
That way, you can save yourself some money and not have to buy a ton of butter.
This recipe is perfect for a holiday party or for a lazy day at the office.
There is no real “secret ingredient” in the recipe, but you will find the following: Vegan milk chocolate cake (1 1/2 cups vegan butter) Chocolate chips (optional) 4 ounces chocolate cake flour (or gluten-free flour) 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup powdered vegan chocolate chips Directions: For the chocolate frosting: 1 cup powdered Vegan Milk Chocosic Butter (1/2 cup powdered sugar) 1 1 /2 cups powdered Vegan Chocolate Chips (optional, I like these from Trader Joe’s) 8 ounces (4 cups) vegan chocolate Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine chocolate chips and flour.
Stir until well blended.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
Place the chocolate cake in the baking pan and set aside.
Using a small knife, cut the chocolate into 8 pieces and place in the prepared pan.
Place powdered vegan chocolates in a small bowl.
Combine powdered vegan milk chocolate with chocolate chips in a separate large bowl and set to microwave for 15-20 seconds on low.
Dissolve the powdered vegan chips in warm water and mix well.
Add powdered chocolate to the cooled powdered vegan mixture and stir well.
Pour batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
(If using the chocolate flour and powdered vegan mix, place in a bowl to cool.)
Using an offset spatula, flip cake over.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before removing.
Remove from pan to a cooling rack and serve.
You can serve the cake with vegan buttercream frosting or with vegan chocolate drizzle.
